June 1, 1010 is the target date to launch a new "eLicensing system" at the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. The links below will provide details on the changes that licensees and website visitors will notice when the eLicensing system is implemented:
Coming in Phase I of eLicensing (approximately June 1, 2010):
Online renewal applications and payments
Online renewal applications and payments will be accepted on a secure server which will automatically encrypt your personal login, billing information, credit card number, and expiration date.
Use these helpful links to prepare for the online liquor license renewal process:
- eLicensing Training Guide - this guide is updated often. Please check the date on the cover of the guide to ensure you are using the most current version.
- New Renewal Date Announcement (begins June 1, 2010)
- Create an eLicensing User ID and Password.
- Online payment instructions.
- Track the progress of your renewal.
- Renew multiple licenses online at one time.
- Mail-in a hard-copy and payment for your renewal.

Renew multiple liquor licenses at one time
The option to renew multiple liquor licenses at one timeonline will soon be available.
Until then, please continue to use the hard-copy for mail-in renewal. Once multiple online renewals are available, the application and payments will be accepted on a secure server which will automatically encrypt your personal login, billing information, credit card number, and expiration date.
