Fair Market Value

The most recent Fair Market Value for quota liquor licenses in Arizona were calculated for the 2010 Liquor License Lottery using three independent accounting firms.

With new Arizona census data scheduled to be posted in July 2011, the next liquor license lottery will be held in Spring 2012. By statute (A.R.S. §4-206.01) and rule (A.A.C. R19-1-109), the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC) conducts a liquor license lottery based on Arizona population projections.
