July 20, 2011 - 50th Legislative Session
The 50th Arizona State Legislature, First Regular Session, adjourned sine die (without a future date set to resume) on Wednesday, April 20, 2011. In this session an estimated 923 bills were introduced 386 bills passed and transmitted to the Governor at the session conclusion.
Of the 386 bills passed, the two bills have been signed by Governor Brewer and will impact Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) when they become law on Wednesday, July 20, 2011. General Effective Dates of new legislation.
The July 20, 2011 electronic Title 4 law book is offered as a courtesy to the public by the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC). To the best of DLLC's abilities, the statutes and rules in this book are presented accurately. Referencing the text in Arizona State Legislature website (www.azleg.gov) for A.R.S. Title 4 and A.A.C. Title 19 is recommended.
HB2357 – liquor importation, amount military personnel - Effective Date Wednesday, July, 20, 2011
