Special Event Contractor - Online Application

Special Event Contractor Application Now Available!

Who can apply:
  • Owner of an LLC or Corporation
  • Individual licensed to do business in Arizona
  • Must provide copies of any required state or local business licenses or permits.

Required documents to successfully complete this online application process:

  • PDF of your valid Driver's License
  • PDF of your valid Basic Title 4 Training Certificate of Completion
  • PDF of your valid Management Title 4 Training Certificate of Completion
  • You may upload a PDF of your current Resume in lieu of inputting jobs held in the last five (5) years.

Fingerprint Services

Applicants have two options to complete fingerprint card requirements;
  1. through local law enforcement agency for $22+ (prices vary), or
  2. through a bona fide fingerprinting service on FBI-approved fingerprint cards (prices vary).
Fingerprint cards may be submitted to the Department via mail or in-person and is a requirement to receive the Special Event Contractor permit.
