R19-1-207. Extension of Premises

1. A licensee shall ensure that no spirituous liquor is served to a customer seated outside the licensed premises, as defined in A.R.S. § 4-101(31), without first making application for an extension of premises.
   
   
2. An application under subsection (A) is required for either a temporary or permanent extension of premises.
   
   
3. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-101(31) and 4-203(B).
