R19-1-404. Notice of Sampling on a Licensed Off-sale Retail Premises

1. A distiller, vintner, brewer, rectifier, blender, or other producer or wholesaler that intends to conduct a sampling under A.R.S. § 4-243(B)(3) or 4-244.04 on the licensed premises of a licensed off-sale retailer shall submit a Store Sampling Notice, which is a form available from the Department, to the Department at least 10 days before the sampling.
