R19-1-301. Display of License

  1. A retail licensee shall conspicuously display the license issued to the licensee under A.R.S. Title 4 and this Chapter and make the license readily available for inspection by the Department, a peace officer, or a wholesaler.
     
  2. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-262.
