R19-1-705. Judicial Review

  1. A party may file a complaint for judicial review of a final decision of the Board under A.R.S. § 12-901 et seq.

  2. A party that files a complaint for judicial review of a final decision of the Board shall serve a copy of the complaint for judicial review on the Director at the Department's office in Phoenix, Arizona.

  3. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. §§ 4-211 and 12-901.
