R19-1-106. Severability

1. In this Chapter, the subsections of each Section are severable and each Section is severable from the Chapter. If a Section or subsection or the application of a Section or subsection to a particular individual, entity, or circumstance is held to be invalid, the invalidity does not affect the validity of other Sections or subsections and does not affect the validity of the Section or subsection to a different individual, entity, or circumstance.
