A.R.S. §4-214: Arizona wines; labeling

A person licensed as a farm winery pursuant to section 4-205.04 or licensed as a producer pursuant to section 4-203 may label a wine offered for sale that states that the wine is any of the following:
- An Arizona wine or wine from a particular county in this state, if at lease seventy-five percent of the wine by volume is produced or manufactured from grapes or other fruit grown in this state and is fermented, processed, bottled and labeled in this state.
- Wine from a particular federally recognized viticulture area, if at least eighty-five percent of the wine by volume is produced or manufactured from grapes or other fruit grown in this state and is fermented, processed, bottled and labeled in this state.
- A wine from a particular vineyard, orchard, far or ranch, if at least ninety-five percent of the wine by volume is produced or manufactured from grapes or other fruit grown in this state and is fermented, processed, bottled and labeled in this state.
- Estate bottled, if one hundred percent of the wine by volume is produced or manufactured from a winery in a particular federally recognized viticulture area in which all grapes or other fruit grown, crushed, fermented, processed, aged and bottled in a continuous process, the wine at no time having left the premises of the bottling winery.
- A licensee that complies with subsection A of the section is not subject to criminal, civil or administrative action for a violation of section 4-244, paragraph 39.
